Does anyone take this drug for PTSD Nightmares?  I already have a large cocktail of drugs and adding another brings some anxiety to me.

Yup, and it's the only PTSD medication that ever helped me. Boy, does it help, too. Not only did it help with my nightly nightmares, it allowed me to have GOOD dreams for the first time I can remember in my adult life. I now keep a dream journal of good dreams because of it.

All without the side effects of other PTSD nightmare drugs like Seroquel, which not only doped me up, made me gain 80lbs in 4 months, and permanently ruined 60% of my kidney tissue. I'd suggest staying away from that one.
