Working through the weekend on my tenure paperwork due Wed. Feb. 17, y'all. Despite all the crazy interruptions falling on the ice and ending up in the ER, and then this week with the eye doctor stuff. Almost lost this job to PTSD and had to go on disability. Now I might keep it.

Feb 17 is also my birthday lol. Lets hope it is a turning point for the better for both of us. How could they fail to see what an asset you are. Good luck
