I am so sorry this is happening to you, all I can say is try not to eat the food your parents give you and get out of their house if you can!
That aside- your profile says that you are 19, and in CA (so you are in the US) What this means is that legally your parents do not need to be involved in your health care / doctors appointments. Even if they are paying for it, you have the complete right to chose to have nothing be disclosed to them. So even if they call and give the doctors hell, the doctor legally cant tell them anything. (and if they do tell them anything, you need a new doctor because that is illegal)
That being said, I would look into a new doctor. The one you discribed sounds like a quack anyway. It is VERY unlikely you have so many things going on at once. And even if that were the case, it would take a whole lot of time to actually come to those conclusions. Not just have one appointment and suddenly you have a laundry list. It sounds like this doctor has something against thinking things through. Maybe he just gave you every diagnosis you showed a single symptom for, which is irresponsible. Especially considering he didn't ask you about anything relating to the possibility of past trauma, something they generally touch on when evaluating someone, it really looks like he is not very qualified. Plus in telling everything to your parents and not even informing you of your medications or your diagnosis is not only treating you like a child but Im pretty sure in this case there would be some legal issues because of your age.
And your parents drugging you? That is abuse and completely outright against the law. If it were me, I would tell them straight up if they do that again the police will be called. But that's just me.
You may have your own demons to take on but drugging someone's food because they dumped their boyfriend and have sleep issues - THEY sure seem like the "crazy" ones.
This is your mind and your body. Treat it well. Not all of these meds are without consequences, so be very careful of those doctor's appointments.
i can tell you now that i know you are 19 that the dr did break the law of patient dr confidentiality unless you sign a release allowing him to talk with them. (unless you were psychotic and out of it/then there are differnet laws)...
Also being 19 and drugged in you food by your parents is abuse... call them on it. make a police report so if it happens again there will be record of it. seek out you own psychiatrist even if you have to go to a reduced cost clinic so your parents arent involved.
I know alot of these drugs first hand -
been told to take something, trusted the dr and like you said didn't wake for a day and could not get out of bed literally. just zombified me... and you cant just stop these psych drugs - you have to wean off of them over a period of time or you will have withdrawl symptoms.
stop this craziness...
get the police notified
get a real psychiatrist
go to the er and tell them your story if you continue to feel awful...
we are here for you
(btw, i speak to you as a medical professional myself and as a patient; so i have knowledge from both sides of the fence.
oh lastly, report the doc you speak of to the medical licensing board in your state...it just takes a phone call.
best wishes and i am here for advice if you need it just pm me.
hugs, peace, and strength!
