Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Gentlest of hugs <3
around you and through you, protecting you and showering you.Try to
stay as alert as much as you can, take it easy, let them at the hospital do
their job ,
He was a VA doc by day who treated Iraq war vets who had PTSD from IED's, so finally he recognized that though I was a civilian I had PTSD from a Molotov cocktail that hit my family car when I was 9. He took care of me in therapy evenings in his office and then guided me through exposure therapy in 2009 when I flew 5,500 miles away back to the Latin American street corner where that happened. It changed my life' I'm so comfortable there that I'm retiring back to Latin America now in 2 years..
Before him, I bounced around the medical system for 12 years trying to find somebody who could tell me if I was ok or not. I recommend trying to find a guy like my guy. It made all the difference.
Maybe trying to see your personal physician this week could help more.... xo
