It is a scientific fact that it is easier to pick something up than it is to stop a fall in motion.
I have been in a downward spiral since the tri-city shuffle with considerable family drama to add to the impetous of the fall. I am still alone and isolated at the job site. There are plans to hire help, but I don't feel competant to begin that process yet. I have been able to stay focused enough to do grunt work myself, but interviewing applicants and bids feels daunting just now. I don't believe I am stable enough to do the job(s) well. Raking and digging are about as far as I feel I can access my intelligence just now. Been working on the big barn floor and compost pile.
For now, I am shooting for, "Not Worse." Just trying to stabilize my condition.
Support and/or reality checks needed.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Good judgement with PTSD clouds over my head? Might be easier to see through a North Atlantic fog. Ya works with the weather forecast of the day. Emotionally wet and foggy. Think I'll let the proverbial weather clear before I go looking for my own good judgement. I know it's in here somewhere, but the intellectual fog is pretty intense at the moment.
But it be a good frame of mind for digging. Been rescuing the compost pile from the wild grasses and herbs that have been thriving on it. I got down to the roots this morning. I love tearing up roots in this kind of "weather." Literal plant roots make an intriguing, complex weave. So do PTSD roots.
Persilly, my support dog, discovered three entrances to a rabbit warren under the landscaping timber alongside the compost pile. I moved the timber for her this morning. Looks like she has nearly dug her way to the narthex. There sure are allot of rabbits up here. Cotton tales, I think.
If I was there with ya we could shoot the shit!!.... Another hug......xo
