Hey everyone, my name is Megan. I'm 29 what happened tonight was my husband who was I think was trying to be supportive sent me an article that my old pain Dr from a few years ago. Dr Jain was going to court in April. I wasn't doing too well back then but I guess he felt I could look at it now. It really upset me like really upset me. I didn't mean to lash out at people I called I feel embarrassed now. My sister said I called because I just needed to cry tonight. She doesn't understand PTSD. I tried to tell her that while I was under this drs care I almost died 3 times. And yes I realize that is on both of us I should have understood my medications trust me I'm crazy ocd about anything I take now. But I grew up very sheltered I never knew what those meds where. I'm embarrassed to say my husband found me too sick to even function some days I was very lucky. He was a paramedic. I just reading it tonight I couldn't breathe I felt like I was detoxing again and the anxiety, the fear, the illness, the hospital. My family
Says they never blamed me they knew my endo pain is real but they never understood why I never seen that he was a "bad" doctor. I guess I felt he is doctor you should trust this person. Now I feel like I can't really trust a lot of people in that field. Its scary to me. I actually my husband has said and I don't know how much to trust if this true I go to a neurologist for seizure disorder but my husband said after I detoxed they did all kinds of tests and scans and I have a small amount of brain damage. I'm so so upset. My family my therapist says the best thing to do is move forward we can't look back at our life. That is over. Look forward make new memories. Lol but my short term memory sucks. Bad joke I know. I don't know what to do. I can't sleep I wish I never seen this. I wish I never met this man or had endo in the first place. I will try to write more later right now I just can't I lost my mom to a similar situation kinda they sent her home with a heart attack so I'm having an all over bad night here.
Many hugs

Do you guys just do you know how to sleep when this happens? I'm afraid of nightmares. I had them when I first got out but I just can't I can't do this right now. Sad thing is its been 3 yrs. I just hate feeling this way. I have my dog he normally jumps up and lays on me when I'm like this but I'm really frazzled that was really the worst point in my life. And to know everything in that article its just I shouldn't have read it.

My nuclear weapon was a Seroquel prescription from my doctor. Since things have gotten better my conventional weapon for sleep is over the counter Melatonin, which I learned about here. I just took my night time dose to get to sleep. It really works and it's safer than sleeping pills.
