I have a bad habit of making mole hills into mountains and of self sabatoge. This usually leads me to creating a crisis which then leads to a hospitalization. I am not doing that well emotionally this week. I don't understand what's going on?
I just need some support through this unfamiliarity. I know it's just everyday life stuff, stress about finances, being (mentally) sick, having an injury etc...
All I know is crisis. This stability stuff is really scaring me cause I don't know what to do. Life is scary and adulting is scary for me. On bad days like today and yesterday and the day before I get really emotional and think the sky is falling when it's just a normal day in an adult life. I hate the expression of Just put your big girl panties on and deal with it, or pull yourself up by your boot straps. It just makes me mad because most people don't understand what it's like in my head.
I'm scared and can't stop crying. This is really hard and it shouldn't be. I don't understand how regular people live everyday?
Any advise on how to deal with life and try to make it less shitty and more joyful or happy or at least content?
I need some love and hugs. I'm just having a really shitty day and the PTSD stuff isn't making it any easier. It seems that when I'm not doing ok emotionally that I get triggered over the littlest things and it's just plain hard.
Please help. Thanks.

First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Pierre did not win a lot of friends. When the war ended, quite quickly he was tried...

Write a silly billy goat song and sing it out loud. Or sing a known song that makes you feel good.
Support, we are here, if you just want to sort.

It's a cheap trick, I know, but it's worked for me for 6 years now and I've been more stable than ever. Without having turn into Leave It To Beaver, which I can't do no way no how.
You got this.
