I doubt my spelling and or grammer are goign to be any good, so just bare with me, if you want that is. I don't have the emotional or physical stregnth today go keep going back to fix all the typos and mispellings. I have to get this down while I can still type - and the screaming pain in my shoulder says that may or may not happne
The Good, the Bad, the Terrifying....
Good...
Hubby and daughter are out right now picking up my SUV from the shop!!! He is going to run it through emissions, though it will probalby still fail, then get a waiver and go get tabs! I will have transportation again!! I can pick up hay at MY leasure rather than paying someone an arm and a leg to deliver sometime after noon and before dark.
Misha is sitting warm on my feet, giving me support, love, stability
Sansa is sleeping in the gap between the back of the chair and me - my Tail Gunner
Daughter loves both her jobs, even though working 70 to 80 hours a week is kicking her rear
The Bad
A screw up at the VA has left me on a half dose of my pain killers for a week now, and I won't get Oct's meds until end of this week or early next. It is simply not possible to get pain under contol.
I had to give up on the kitchen... I hurt too much to work on it. Yesterday I could not even operate the mouse on my laptop, let alone type.
Though MIL is paying the $5500 to get my SUV out of the shop, there will be no more grocery/gas/feed for the horses' money until the first of the month. I HAVE to cook to get us through half a month on $100 of groceries. No one else can make food stretch that far with how they cook. That will be easier when I have my pain meds again...
The Terrifying...
No money to buy feed for the horses. I have to borrow feed and then find a way to pay it back... don't like being in debt...
No gas money to even see the horses - my only way to sanity
Pretty sure I totally screwed up my right shoulder a couple days ago... then compounded it by my daughter trying to put the socket back in the joint by stretching. There was a tearing sound and just typing is an explosion of pain. Other online friends have assured me, that if it is a torn tendon, only surgery will repair it... It has been 10 months since I first injured it. I had gotten about half of the use of my arm back, but now it is worse then when I first dislocated it in Jan.
I see the pain management docs tomorrow (only reason we are not in ER for my shoulder). I hate the VA hospital. My pain management is not working and it is time to wean me off this drug and either try another, or take me to a lower dose and add another one. I am terrified they will leave me in a lurch.. they have before
there has to be a way out, somewhere...
yadlim - not quite suscidal, but getting close

I have managed to get through today by myself. I woke everyone up and got them out the door after I had been awake for about three hours. I got to interact with them for about 10 minutes before they left... That was almost four hours ago.
I have gotten out of my chair once to make another cup of tea... lol my 'tea cup' holds about 40 ounces, so it lasts me quite a while. Other than that I have just been hanging out on DS and listening to music... playing a few silly games on FB.
So, yeah, I know you are here for me. And it gives me strength.
I just heard from hubby - he is picking up a pizza on his way home so no one has to cook. It will mean less for the food budget, but I am ok with that right now.
Rest your heart and mind:-)
