The PSG (Peer Support Group) dialogues I have participated in on the subject of "Gratitude for the Hard Knocks" continues to play in my consciousness. Calmly. Gently. Contiguous enough to make me wonder if this is how a flashback is SUPPOSED to be. Perhaps this gentle and complete recall are the same mechanisms which triggered the insane falls of a psychotic break. A great tool is neither good nor bad. It is how it is used which makes it beneficial or destructive.
But I digress. . .
These dialogues on gratitude for hard knocks have all triggered my maximum resistance mode. Mind slammed shut. Pulling out Judge's Robes now. Gavel ready for pounding. Where shall I pound?
But my maximum resistance mode is allot easier to manage for me these days. I can ". . .go where the brave dare not go" allot more easily. Sometimes. Maybe. My resistance mode builds walls political prison designers can only envy.
The candidate for parole which keeps catching my attention are what I will call, "My Mirrors." These are the folk who have managed to show me, through their own behavior, exactly a destructive habit of my own looks like. "Sarcastic Repartees" are one of the recurring themes. Most of the "Mirror" incidents are the ones where I was the recipient of stabbing sarcasm as the, "Last Note." Don't know which hurts more. Remembering how it felt to give or to receive these Clever Repartees.
Just sorting. . . Thanks for the sort space.
I am feeling pretty balanced. I think this is JUST maintenance. No need for sensitivity on my account.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Well all the air has gone out of my balloon nowadays, not that I would enjoy it even if I were still capable of it. Sharp words still drip from my tongue, even without me noticing, sometimes, but I've learned it is not an effective form of communication and there are no more enemies around me to slay, only loved ones and innocent bystanders.
Just saying, I have some sense of what you're talking about.
