Anybody dealing with memories that cannot be verified?
I do not have the family support to either confirm or deny memories as public as where I went to school, much less anything as personal as who molested me as a child. I don't trust my memory of what I did yesterday. I am not confident in separating bad dreams from bad memories.

No family is left alive except my sister who is doing everything she can do to not think / remember any uncomfortable anything - and I am not upset with her about it - in her own time, if she ever does.
I just emailed my therapist Sunday about a dream that is so vivid I don't know if I turned a memory into a dream? She said we're going to EMDR this dream. BTW - this dream I dreamt when I was young - not a new dream at all - however, crystal clear still . . . .
