Most mornings I read two passages from meditation readers. One in English, one in whatever language I am studying. In recent years my language studies have been lackadaisical, so the second reading is typically Spanish. I read Spanish almost as naturally as I do English.
I hate translating between human languages. My poetic flares get me into serious trouble in that science. Still... Often the foreign language reading is the one I wish I could share. Today would be one of those days. Paranoia of bi-lingual grammar nazis has me terrified to tempt any lurking red pens, so I am not offering up the source. Sue me...

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Oh well. Guess they saved me from that law suit.
Sorry guys? The Cosmos have spoken???
"Bilingual grammar nazis" ...I like that lol.
I would hope you wouldn't find any here!
But certain topics are better accessed sometimes by English expression and other times by Spanish expression. My primary doctor, for example, is a Salvadoran who is fluent in English but we have our appointments in Spanish. It's not that he's better that way, it's that I've spoken up better for myself when PTSD leaves me tongue tied in a doctor's office. So that's how I demanded and got physical therapy, which is a big start.
Glad to hear you read meditations in both languages every day!
