Thursday dentist said she thinks I have mouth cancer and go for a biopsy 11th.

Therapists and I are not doing well. Wednesday session was not good. Texted her yesterday about mouth and have not heard from her.

Stressing over both. Trying to take it one step at a time with possible cancer, but hard when dentist thinks it is.

I’m sorry all you’re going through. I hope very much that the biopsy comes up negative & they can address the problem & get rid of it. I’m sure it’s hard to wait till the 11th but know we are here for you till then whenever you need to reach out. Is there anyway you can change therapists or also maybe call a mental health crisis line because they not only can they help when you just need someone to talk to but also maybe they can direct you to other possible counselors or therapists or some kind of support resource
I admire you taking it one step at a time, that’s very good way to go about it
I’ll be rooting for you for sure

Oh, cjpfaz, any kind of cancer possibility would stress any of us. Holy cow. So sorry to hear that!

Glad you're trying to take it one step at a time. We're here to take those steps one at a time with you as you await those biopsy results on the 11th. Keep us posted step by step, ok?

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
