I haven't missed a day on DS PTSD in 2 years, but I'm about to possibly give myself a day off from the boards tomorrow. I might check in briefly, but I've got to get on the road. I'm going to see the Flaming Lips in concert at an outdoor rock festival, with my walking cane and all as a bona fide geezer of rock.
It's my abuser father's birthday, too, so since that triggers bad PTSD memories it's good to replace the day and take it for myself in such a positive way. I'm looking forward to when they play my theme song I use for my Death and Dying classes I teach, Do You Realize? It'll be a bucket list moment for me!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
