There's a voice in my head that says "I told you so". I told you so, no one listens, they'll never understand even as I stand up on this stage and scream out about the monster that hides inside, should I just show them and let the monster inside loose. It's like a noose choking my voice from ever speaking again, should I stay silent with this voice screaming inside me trying to get thoes around me to see. The voice inside says why even try, they'll never listen, just stay silent and it'll go away.
It's not a switch, it's a nuclear meltdown exploding inside me, melting me to the core, shall I just give into the darkness and allow silence to take over my voice, will they finally listen when my voice goes silent. Maybe eternal silence speaks the loudest, the voice ends with listen to me because I told you so before. Shall I listen and let my voice go quietly. I told you so.

Or a thought your calling a voice that you hear spoken in your tone of voice
I guess if it's your own thoughts then I would probably train myself to not think it if it's bothering me out write down a challenge to the idea. Cbt styleee
If it's a separate external intelligent voice your hearing that is pretty amazing. I hear people with this experience describe it as a full on psychic battle where eventually she learnt to make peace and befriend the voices
Some guy heard ok voices for decades but v spending a few months reading about Hitler made his voices abusive. He stopped reading the book and they went back to being nice
I hear some people enjoy their voices and become good buddies with them and wouldn't want it any other way
I know the intelligent voices can argue amongst themselves
One woman felt her voice was sick so healed it with counselling and it went away and never returned!!!
What's going on huh!? I should now dismiss it as a chemical imbalance and a hallucination......
.....
If you're describing intense anger which a lot of people with PTSD have is there somewhere safe that you can release it.... Exercise.... a punching bag..... These things can be a good and safe way to let it out
We're here sweetie..... I'm sorry that others aren't listening ..... Another hug.....xo
