I don't know if this me being paranoid, Or what

First of all, I've been reading some of these post's, And seem to be alot more serious then my issues.
So, everyone commenting, and helping me, thank You.
Lately, I've been thinking more about this situation I'm in (the family"s house I went to when I was younger's their son....That probably scared me for life)
A lot thing's are goning through my mind.....My friend (The one who asked me to post this guitar video....I know I don't have to post) Anyway, I Became friend's with her husband on FasebooK a few year's ago, And I was looking at his profile, And turn's out it say's he's a counselor, But, not a PSTD Counselor.
I keep on thinking. If I try to talk to him, He might think I'm Just Haveing issues unrelated to ptsd.....Ya know once counselor alway's a counselor Dr......Etc. So' I'm thinking this guy might know something about ptsd, or know's someone Who does.
I do keep thinking he might think I'm Just mad at myself and just taking it out on his wifes family.
I've also been thinking, That all this time, the reason the family doesn't want to talk about this is (Which they have every right not to) their protecting thier son......Anyone who know's someone with issues like downsyndrome or behavior issues autism.......etc (I went to a special education school, with alot those folkes) They get vary upset, and highly combative.
And, that My friend has three girl's I think hopeing that one would be a boy, They did have a boy finally (hope i'm not getting too personal) Just so her downsyndrome brother would think he had a little brother......I think her brother even had a hand in nameing him, The guy wanted to name him Mickel Jacksn (he had a poster if "the King of pop" on his bedroom door growing up) So, I think they compermised, and named him Jackson Mikel.
But, that's how desperate, this guy wanted a little brither
Downsyndrome folks, don't undrstand terms's neice or nephew....Or friend for that matter, I think they do understand Brotherhood, But, are confused
My friend posted her kid's on facebook, and I just started thinking about that.Which I try not to go on facebook anymore, Just to avoid This situation from 35yrs ago.
It was the kind of thing where, If I said something, someone would find hummorous, He would get mad.....again, in his mind "I'm older, So, I have to be funny, and You can't, the spotlight has to be on me"
And they do have my mother in on this (I Know, I know, i'm 45 But live with my prent's for financial suport) I tryed to tell her about this last year, And I get a nervous response " What, I dom'r know what your saying......THAAT WAS 35YRS AGO, Don't worry about it" (So, clearly she knew what I was saaying)
So, now if I don't post ( I love going to the shore for the summer) she has this thing where she'll ask me if I can post..... then she'll add "No shore" (Decisiveley) Then it will be can keith have Your guitar..............No shore, Like it's Rhtorical Then I'll ask her why she does that, she'll, say "Who do You think Your talking to or who do You think You are" Which makes no since That person know's their gonna get it, so, why ask me
I know It's a guilt tactic, but, afraid of actually loosing something I really love.
This tactic thing she does to me, It started when My grandfather passed, 10 Yr's ago, one time we were at the shore. and she kept on talking about him, My dad told her "You have to go talk abot it" She just ignored him.
Thank's for listening,
Sorry if any oof this was childish......It's been a helll of a week aniety/ptsd like crazy, and needed to vent

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

however. . .
as an adult, i know better than to run to family for help with the sorting and processing. they are too involved for objectivity. i find much more stable compassion and help from my therapy support network. this very forum is one of the places i come for that very task.
keep venting. it's okay to be childish about what happened to you as a child.
listening. . . you are not alone.

"Pete specializes in helping adults who were traumatized in childhood, especially those whose repeated exposure to abuse and/or neglect left them with the symptoms of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder [Cptsd]."
'
Do these CPTSD Symptom's ever go Away?
don't cure 'em. train 'em.
I couldn't afford trauma therapy so 'getting it' in some respect helped and I find I don't stay stuck in the anger and resentment like I used to be
Muji introduced me to Pete Walker as well and he helped me to.... xo
As to the question of whether complex PTSD goes away, that's what Pete Walker helped me grapple with--that when you have PTSD young while brain development's still going on, it gets hard wired in as you grow up. That means that you with your brain, then, you have to accept the good with the bad. That's the difference between chronic illness and an illness with a cure. It's why I keep a daily gratitude journal as someone here at DSPTSD suggested, so I remind myself of the good with the bad. It works.
