i have ptsd due to tons of life things thats been happening non stop almost.

That is still a mighty big "This." In my own strictly personals, an ^it^ that big chokes me, every time. ^It^ is too big a chunk to chew all at once. I break things down into smaller, bite-sized chunks. Still not an easy chew, but easier than trying tackle ^it^ all at once.

Continued support, whichever way you take ^it^.

welcome, you can share nothing and just get support here, that is always ok. you can as much as you are comfortable with. don't worry, the important part is that you brought yourself here with other people who have had trauma(s) happen to them. these traumas were horrible and we are reacting normally to horrible things that happened to us.

here is a place of understanding, acceptance, comfort, all of these. listening if you feel like talking too. just be you, that's all any of us is doing. hugs, lilly
