Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I'm on medication that helps symptoms of both and have done other things to help..... My biggest tool is gratitude...... Journaling helped
Exercise can help and although I haven't gotten into it meditation helps a lot of people... I've heard that Mindfulness can make a big difference... My old GP swore my it... xo
posilutely, i go up and down, back and forth and around in circles. largely, that is just, "welcome to life," but my case is more extreme than life's normal chaotic flow. i call my particular rendition, "the recovery 3-step." one step forward, two steps back.
then there are the setbacks that turn out to be breakthrough progress that starts out feeling bad, just because it's such a break from the business-as-usual.
how i deal with it varies greatly with the variables of the current setback. i lean heavily on my therapy support network to help me sort those variables and decide which tool to use for the case at hand.
I'm on Seroquel, Tegretol, and for sleep Restoril and Gabapentin as necessary
