This may seem off topic, y'all, but it's really not.  About once a month one of 2 churches asked me to be their guest speaker and talk for 20 minutes or so about PTSD recovery.  I often report, anonymously of course, as to what we're doing here to support one another at DS PTSD.  I just did one of those talks via Zoom from here where I've retired in Mexico to the USA July 25th, and it went well.

A former college colleague of mine meet also via Zoom 3 times a week, and that's what I need help with.  When I logged on and opened up my Zoom lunch meeting with Steve today I thought I did it like I always do, but somehow I shut my EasyCam down on my Lenovo laptop with Windows 10.  I went through clicking video on everywhere possible, I went in to video settings, advanced video settings, and nada.  I went online and watched instructional videos, too, and nada.  Hm.

I do have a usb web cam and when I hooked that up it worked fine.  So somehow it's not Zoom, it's my EasyCam that's turned off and I can't turn it back on.  The usb web cam is a good fall back, but it doesn't focus as sharply, so I hope to get the EasyCam back up and going.

I have until August 22 when I speak to that church via Zoom again, so if anybody knows how to get an EasyCam to work there's time for me to act on your suggestions and get it back running.
