Having CKD episode frm PTSD meds

As y'all know, I have chronic nerve pain from Chronic Kidney Disease from a bad psychiatrist years ago who dosed me too hugh on Seroquel for PTSD nightmares. The nightmare he left me with, CKD, is worse. I can't offer nir receive support in this condition but I wanted you to know I'm thinking of you. Talk to you soon when the episode passes.

Whew, yesterday's CKD pain episode was the worst in the 13 years I've had CKD!

It doesn't just get worse progressively every time, though. Sometimes it's better and sometimes it's worse. I don't simply expect it'll be worse next time, then.

Thanks for supporting me through this bad episode. It really helps to know you witness my struggle and you care.

    Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it.  Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
