Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

So I was alone on this Christmas Day. Even my next door neighbors are out of town for Christmas--all of them. Houses all dark.
Bah, humbug indeed.
I try and think back to the true meaning that we're meant to be celebrating but I struggle at times as well...
These are actually the times that gratitude can help me although a yell of Bah humbug might just help a little as well..... Another hug for all who are hurting..... xo

for what it's worth
i picked up the "happy bah humbug" repartee from a socially tolerant, good-natured muslim. it worked in our office among culturally diverse co-workers. it still doesn't fly well with strangers, but it flies better than anything else i've tried.
