My PDoc gave me some Halcyon to use when it is late ate night when I tend to Self Harm. I tend to burn with boiling water when I can't sleep and sink deeply into a depression and use the self harm to punish myself for my PTSD crimes. Andy one use this drug? Doc made it sound strong which I doubt as nothing else has worked

I guess I'm wondering how something to make you sleep will stop you from wanting to hurt yourself. I hope you're working with someone on that too.
