caretaking my dog keeps me out of myself but i am exhausted , it is good. i am grateful she is still with me and i am grateful for the support at DS , what are you grateful for today and is it something that helps you to heal from ptsd

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Here in week four the physical exercise has me feeling constructo buff once more. Guess I oughta monitor that one, huh? Injuries from over-confidence are allot rougher on a 62 year old body than a 40 year old body.
My DS buddies and my wonderful landlord who's an old friend... Enjoying a lovely November....there is so much to be thankful for that I can't even think of and for those things I am thankful
LOL Pag!!!!! Yes, my bed too. Maybe I am confused with the post? Why is it not ok to be grateful for a bed? I say whatever floats your boat and gets you through the day
