Yes, some people may think I'm crazy, but I will say "yes I am" every time any one asks. Instead I sit here and rot away like an jack o lantern whose seen too many days. I would have it made if that butt hole hadn't literally destroyed every part of my life and esp my body. I'm hot a hater, or a negative thinker. In fact I am the completely the opposite. But he really did destroy me in every way I have been trying to write it in my journal. There is a mental block in getting any more out. I had written out more, then it vanshed. Poof Now trying to re write it is killing me. Maybe I'l write about something else he did to me. There's plenty of material there.

good morning, rest a day than sort what you have already done with fresh eyes....take the time today to feed your soul something you like. Ice cream, music or whatever. But now that you have what you have done so far, give yourself a treat. Rest, it ain't going nowhere, but a break will help.

Small bytes and long chews, MoonHigh. When I, personally, try to take on too much at once I always end up making my situation worse. My thoughts scramble vicariously and I can't get a productive handle on anything.

While I find great benefit in identifying where my various injuries were inflicted, getting lost in the past and blame throwing is counter-productive. I try to stay focused on taking ownership of my healing process.

But that is me. We are all unique. I, too, am a certified nut and willing to re-certify if you'll pay the cost of the certification process...

Take it one breath at a time, one word at a tme, and feel free to leae it sit.... I often journal in Word or Notepad and then copy it to DS so I can spend as much time as I need on it.

    Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

    Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...
