I have a stomach hernia which needs to be fixed and it will when I have the weightloss surgery on June 20th. Once in awhile I go to the ER cause of pain and most times I get a pain shot. I went today and was there for 4 hours and the doctor did nothing. I am sooo pissed right now that I want to scream.

I once went to an emergency room because my PTSD and Conversion Disorder kept me from getting my asthma medication or treating my diabetes.

The male nurse wheeled me into a back room, pulled the curtain, and then said, "You can fool those people out front, but you can't fool me. There's not a damn thing wrong with you. I'm kicking you out of here. If you don't leave now, I will wheel you out in front of all those people and dump you in the parking lot." He wadded up my doctor's order saying, "This is a bunch of shit."

I was unable to speak or move; I was traumatized.

They never did treat the asthma or diabetes.

So I have a VERY LOW opinion of emergency rooms. I have terrible anxiety attacks if anyone even mentions sending me to that hospital ...

I have had four big dude staff literally beat me up because of my rarer than rare medical condition, which includes my mental condition. Most people think "mental" is not physical it seems. Now the "mind": just what is that?

Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals on 19 mile rd, MI did the beating and they swept it under the carpet. Do you know that medical corporation chains have offices just for their own lawyers? Ya dont have to wonder why to hard.
