DS PTSD at Church Tomorrow

Tomorrow I'm speaking at a church about DS PTSD and how much it means for us to support each other here so no one suffers alone. I propose the dream that people some day get past the PTSD stigma. That though we're far from it, the whole world should become one big PTSD support group some day.

Good Luck Muji, I think it is great that you are doing this. It helps reduce the stigma of mental illness and it helps other understand that not all people with PTSD are monsters.

So cool you are bringing this group into the conversation too. It applies to life in general, there needs to be a whole lot more of being supportive, and caring about each other in this world.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
