So went to the doctor today she said I looked good but I older her everything and she upped my meds and my sleeping pills and wants me to go to counseling. So Monday I'm going to call to get in and talk to someone. She told me to take one step at a time so here we go putting one foot in front of the other. I got this. Well that's how I feel today

Steele, counseling made all the difference for me in 2009. Of course, before then it didn't help much for 12 years. The counseling that helped me was with a PTSD specialist.

good for you for speaking up to your doc. I hope you find a therapist who is a good fit for you as soon as possible. sometimes they are difficult to find but the good therapists are pure gold. hugs

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
