Depression, Anxiety as well as Insomnia go w/PTSD

I'm sure a lot of you already know that PTSD has with it many symptoms and sub disorders, etc., but have you noticed when you have an 'episode' such as night terrors, night sweats that it could be a variety of things that caused it? I am 46 years old and am currently living with peri menopausal symptoms such as I mentioned here already. However, I have also been diagnosed 20 years ago with PTSD and Depression as well. With the same symptoms as in the female issue, peri menopause, I can safely say that my insomnia and anxiety also are directly associated with my PTSD from childhood trauma. I say this because I didn't start having night terrors as a kid like you hear about from traumatic events. I started having them in my 20's when my ex husband became very abusive towards me. And after I left and divorced him, they stopped or I didn't notice having them anymore til I started having issues in my current long term relationship (9 years and going). My theory is its just intensified moreso with the hormone imbalances in my body now that I'm getting older and the fact that I'm female.
My depression is also intensifying for obvious reasons, but has come and gone at different times in my adult life. I did not become aware of the severity or the connection to my childhood neglect/abuse by my mother either until I started having children of my own at the age of 21. However, the insomnia has just been coming forth in recent years and I believe it is due to all of these things, but more to do with the more recent events in my life regarding my relationships, including my adult children and my 8 year old daughter with my current Narcissistic abuser.
I am writing this post only to see what others think or are experiencing and if they are feeling or have felt the same at one point or another in their lives. So any and all feedback is welcome. Thank you in advance.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Lucky for you, my arthritic hands can't handle re-typing ALL my thoughts and feelings on the matter. . .
^It^ is allot to sort RH. I have yet to find a magic just wand that will make ^it^ just go away. Sigh. . . One of the theories which has worked for me is to break ^it^ down into small, bite sized chunks and chew each byte thoroughly before taking the next byte. My head is not a safe neighborhood to travel alone, so I always take at least one companion from my therapy support network with me through each byte of ^it^.
But that is me. . .
Hope you feel safe to explore the healing possibilities that might work for you here in this forum.
Welcome aboard.
I'm sorry that you're in an abusive relationship now..... That must be terrible.... I was in a narcissistic relationship once for a year and they suck the life out of you and everyone around them
This is a great group of folks.... I'm glad that you're here..... Gentle hug and a blessing.....xo
