If this seems familiar, it is. It happened last month, too, so it's a real case of deja vu for me. There's been an increase Chronic Kidney Disease neuropathy pain from a bad pdoc's PTSD meds overdose he prescribed me. Along with the pain, I'm weakened, too. I had a fainting spell this morning. So I'm going to have to rest today and I'll be back here at DSPTSD tomorrow. Support welcome.

No walking yesterday, but hope to again today. It's looking like a physical pattern's emerging here whereby I'm to walk every other day for 3km instead of every day.

Oh no Muji. Be careful. I hope you feel better soon. Have you ever done a nutrition panel to see if your missing something?
I was surprised to find out I had vitamin d, b12 and iron anemia. It explained my constant light headedness.

JP, yeah, I've done a nutrition panel, and more than once. As a result I had to give myself monthly B-12 shots in the stomach for a year. Glad I got past that, for sure.

As always ... or as much as I can ... hugs, prayers, support. Next time you do go on a walk take me along in your heart and take in every detail of lifes wonders. It is important that those walks are so meaningful for you. They can be magical, healing and inspiring. Other than my recent hospital stay I haven't left home in I can't remember how long. Windows boarded from inside ... always terrified of what is going on beyond them. I know and tell myself that is not logical behavior and flashbacks, nightmares, thoughts aren't real but they are so numerous, strong, powerful.

Thanks, Wildcat. It's hard for me to get out there, but I'm working on staying out of a wheel chair as long as I can. I did take me along in my heart on my walk today, and I made it to my daily goal of 3km! This worked!

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
