Day 2 can't walk between PTSD nightmares

I'm in day 2 of being unable to walk now.  During the night I got up to use the bathroom and nearly collapsed.  I caught myself, which is good  because I did collapse in the bathroom once and I got a bleeding wound from it when I hit my head on a pipe.  I'm struggling to get back on my feet.  Maybe tomorrow. The problem is that I am having PTSD insomia nights, and last night in psite of taking prazosin and melatonin I only got 3 hours of rest. Support welcome for my coping with my insomnia so I can win my daily struggle to get to walking again.

Oh, my friend! That is awful!

Must've had sympathy PTSD nightmares. Had a night so bad from nightmares I just lay awake instead.

Thanks, Presh. They're weird dreams for sure. In one of them I stole an acoustic guitar from a guitar shop, something I would NEVER do. Just odd. I spent the rest of the dream being so sorry and trying to figure out how I could give it BACK without getting CAUGHT. Backwards, huh?

Thanks, y'all. I walked again, for a whole 1.1km, so I'm very happy about the distance between me and my wheelchair still. :-)

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
