It's been a tough week. Trying to mend broken relationships with people who destroyed me.. it's a battle I wasn't ready for. I had to rip the band aid off though.. Its time to start trying to heal after all of these years. But this quote made me realize every bad day, every time I felt like the world was on fire, I was on fire, and I was riding a bicycle that also was on fire.. I got through it. I am undefeated at this point.
If no one has told you today.. I am proud of you, You are worthy of everything good in life, You are loved and you will get through this. You aren't alone.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

I got PTSD from a family of political and religious fanatics who finally got deported from South America to the US for that and crookedness they claimed it allowed them. So in the song it meant a lot when Little Steve sang "don't call yourself religious/not with that knife in your hand/there's only one thing I understand/undefeated, everybody goes home." You don’t always have to cheat and always have to beat everybody. There can be win/win situations in life, too.
