As y’all know, a bad doc overprescribed me Seroquel for PTSD nightmares. I ended up with permanent Chronic Kidney Disease. I had a LOT of CKD nerve damage pain all day, no matter what I did. No position, no Tylenol, nothing made any difference. I never found a comfortable position for a few minutes all day long. As the day ends I find myself without the resources for giving support, so with apologies I’m postponing replying to folks until tomorrow, which I hope will be a new and better day.

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
