As y'all know, I live with chronic PTSD but also with Chronic Kidney Disease from damage done by too much Seroquel for PTSD nightmares that were given to me by a bad psychiatrist.

Today I've injured my foot again because of CKD nerve damage like I did in June and July and I've been nursing it. Hopefully over night it'll heal enough for me to do other things like be here to give and receive support. Fingers crossed.

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
