CKD From PTSD Meds Overdose Burns Hands

To anyone who might not know, in addition to living with chronic PTSD I live with chronic kidney disease, too, when a bad psychiatrist ruined my kidneys with too much Seroquel for my combat nightmares. Today I'm doing ok because I've had four good CKD days in a row as to my feet, so I've been able to get out and walk once a day with no problem.
But the nerves are dying in my hands now, not just my feet, and it really hurts so badly that it kept me up half of the night last night. It burns, and it's not just a burning sensation, it really burns tissue from within my hands that leaves burn scabs on the outer skin of my hands such that I have to keep burn cream on.
When my home health care aide looked in on me today to see if I'd fallen in the home or anything, I had her touch those burn scabs on my hands so she'd know where my CKD had spread to. I let her know that the CKD symptoms' spread up to my hands is a warning that next is the effect of a lack of oxygen to my brain tissue and that the spread will kill nerves and burn tissue there. I hope it doesn't affect my ability to speak like it did to stroke victims I had under my care as a hospital chaplain assigned to a neurosurgical unit.
I also remember from seeing patients up close what the coming brain damage might do to my memory and to my cognitive ability. As a retired nursing professor, it grieves me to expect that CKD from a bad PTSD doc may wipe out what I learned and taught in college. So it gos. Support welcome.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I am thinking of you. Prayers your way. <3
Im so sorry that you're suffering
Everything that I've read about kidney disease says that there ate certain medications that you can take for pain muji
If this doc is against all medication it may be worth getting a second opinion when you're suffering so much
Prayers sent...xo
empathy for the end of life anxiety. i don't do doctors, so i have no official clinical labels for my end of life anxiety, but at 70, i feel the end more every day. it be a tough demon to wrestle.
steadying support while you work through the hateful gift from that evil pdoc.
Guess what? It WORKED. Yesterday my hands had burned all day as well as all night the night before. Yet when I slathered that cream on it stopped the burning and I got a great night's sleep. I checked where I got this cream from in case I brought it down from the US when I moved here.
Lucky for me, no, I bought it here, it's made in Mexico., and it's CHEAP--it costs 3 dollars and 40 cents per tube. Yay! So I'm going to make a run to the drugstore for more asap. The pain was driving me nuts, so thanks for your support!!
