I was sitting in a chair last night, watching TV, and thought we'd had an earthquake. I was dizzy and it wasn't the first time this has happened.
Interestingly enough, I'd had therapy earlier in the day and that never seems to "help" unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, it helps, it just also stirs the pot and gets me refocused on my past. Anyway, that's a whole different topic.
As for the "alcoholism" theory (posted above) ... that could be but for me I hadn't had anything to drink. I've cut out alcohol, almost completely, from my daily routine.
That said, that post did give me a thought ... could we be dehydrated? I'm going to add more water to my day and see if that helps. Good luck to all my dizzy friends. :-/
