Back to school insomnia

Today is the first day of school and I'm going back to teaching, and that always means insomnia for me.  It's a hassle and I try to take it in stride, but that's what my PTSD brain does.  So I have an appointment with my psychiatrist set up for after work today for support to refill my prescription for Prazosin that's helped me with night time PTSD since July.  Usually my PTSD brain gets with the program.  Hope it does.  Prayers for a good semester welcome.

Will pray for you. I retired in June but am teaching part-time this semester, starting tomorrow. I could use a prayer, too!

Prayers for daily strength to you, Gladdmatt! Yours and those of silver and SunCloud did get me through the first day and it was a good one. So was the 4pm nap I had when I crashed on the other end of the insomnia today when I got home from school.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
