I went into the hospital. My meds were changed.
I got out, feeling a bit better. Then the election happened. I'm ideating again. But I have been for a long time.
Maybe I will make it through college, or maybe I won't.
I don't have a country that wants me. That hurts.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

A lot of us are shaken, triggered and flattened by the election. Anyone who's ever been bullied or assaulted is feeling it. God help all the people of color and immigrants, all the children feeling they are not welcome or safe in their own country. It's a hard, scary time. That said, even the president elect has said he is not touching gay marriage. And a majority of the popular vote was for Clinton. We have to connect with those who do want us and have our backs. You've come to the right place.

It's not so much Trump as what his election says about what people think...that they hate me and want me dead.
If I really can't focus well enough to finish college, then I can't pay for my health problems.
I'm tired of living in constant fear.
If I can't make it, I will give the people what they want, stop costing them money.
God willing we will bounce back from this with an energized progressive movement.
...I honestly wish I could just quit fighting. I am so tired.
I'll go to intensive outpatient tomorrow and keep trying.
2magicman, The country is not a business and Trump's business practices are terrible.

Trump is a huge threat to the country and the world.
We can get you through how you feel this semester, ok? It's tough, and that's real. You're not alone, though. I just want you to know that. I got through it and finished college somehow without anybody at all to lean on. Please lean on us here, ok?
hugs

But ignore all that hubbub. It is too soon to tell what this presidency will be like, and then it is only for 4 years. 4 years is not a very long time in the grand scheme of things, and you are right that 1/2 of the country voted in favor of Clinton's message of unity and equal rights. You still have a lot of allies now, just as you did before the campaign got heated. You can do this. I know it is a grueling fight against the things you are going through, but it gets better. The problems get resolved and they become less intrusive and less frequent. The initial stages of treatment are the hardest, and it is natural to consider if that quality of life is worth it. It really is okay that you feel that way. But never forget that it gets better and you are fighting for that better tomorrow. I believe in your strength!
So many people think very highly of you including me and those are the people who matter in your life
A lot of people want the freedom to be who we are...That's what freedom is....huge hug....xo
our world has only begun to get close to where it needs to be and what seems like a set back is just lies, it cannot remain or be allowed to become reality 0- there are too many who are awake to truth. more hugs and strength when you need it, Lilly
