It sucks!
I went on my big adventure and on the outbound sequence I got to have a panic attack for each airport.
I then went on to have freak outs all over the place. This included one alter coming out repeatedly to ask mr Crazypants if people hated us, which we intensely felt they did.
We also got to run out of a store saying " overload! overload! overload!"
We followed this up with sitting outside in weeping-Buddha posture, our arms over our head, and rocking for a while.
I haven't had to run out of a grocery store in over a year.
So...this is really damn annoying and I need to work on it... GRR.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
I couldn't get online at his place, so just updating and stuff.
It was a...really deep, good, intense, emotionally painful and yet very wonderful visit. I am so glad I went.
