I happened across a page on facebook called Traveling With Trauma (the ' traveling' part being thru life, not necessarily on vacation). 


Anyway, at least several of items on this list struck a chord with me and I thought I'd share in case anyone else was interested.

My fave is the one that says you're "enough always." I need to hear that on a constantly repeating loop, to be honest. Thanks for posting this!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
