Today is Valentine's Day, so I thought I'd wish us all here at DS PTSD a Happy Valentine's Day.  Some of us are in relationships, some of us like me are not, but we all deserve a little extra love today for being on the path to recovery from trauma together as we are.  Way to go, folks.  Be extra good to yourself today, I'm going to be.  We all deserve it.  :-)

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
