Hey there ! Its been a long day and getting late so not gunna write too much but along with my many other mental illnesses i have ptsd . Im kind of just trying to recognize my illness so far and my triggers. I used to ignore it and have panic attacks so bad i would pass out, hurt myself intentionally or unintentionally , become paranoid or very angry and unsafe feeling. Like that im-in-the-pitch-dark , dont-know-where- i- am , cant find a wall to put my back on kind of feeling, other times i go quiet and just kind of separate myself from reality , leave my body, 10 minuets later i come to and dont know how long ive been gone. One of my big triggers is when i feel unsafe, i start panicking , cant breathe , sweaty - i feel like running out of the room. I try breathing slow, big breathes and recognizing this is happening , closing my eyes . I dont like being put on the spot or feeling singled out. Especially dont like feeling victimized , even some one joking around with me . feeling abandoned , even by someone i just met . In intense situations i either fight, flight or go quiet and leave my body. But im very tired so this is all for now, talk to you all soon!

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Welcome aboard. I look forward to getting to know you.
