Yes, I feel that way often too. Some nights I am on the edge of panic attacks, like tonight. I laid in bed trying to convince myself that tomorrow is another day...It pulled me back to reality :) I was doing better for a while and then my car was broken into...I had a major setback over that! But going day by day has helped me a lot. Good luck to you. One day at a time :)

I do feel that way sometimes. It seems like the whole world is conniving to make our lives miserable.

What helps me more than anything is to get busy and accomplish something...even something relatively insignificant like getting the spark plugs out of my truck engine and cleaning them up. And sometimes I think to myself that if something is giving me a hard time, I'm not going to give them the satisfaction of seeing me sweat.

Keep on keeping on.

I done keep myself busy. but life keep throwing bad things at me I just would like something good to come my way soon.

Although I do live a charm life I have two wonderful kids, two wonderful grand kids, a great wife. I guess take the bad with the the good as life keep on keeping on.

The only thing guaranteed in life is change. Nothing remains constant. I have been going through a bad streak for the entire year since Spring. One thing after another. And the stuff keeps piling up. It is unbelievable and frustrating!! It is so overwhelming and discouraging. Some things got resolved slowly but surely. Some things are still not resolved and are still in process. While other things keep coming up/ actually piling up.

Hardship builds character, endurance, and strength. Sounds like you are in the process of role-modeling and teaching your kids and your grandchildren about dealing with the challenges we face in life. What an opportunity to guide them by setting an example for them and sharing what you learn through all this and the wisdom you acquire as a result. The ability to demonstrate problem-solving, healthy coping skills, strategies for dealing with difficult situations or people while maintaining integrity and respect speaks loudly to those who watch you especially your family. What a great gift to give others! I have learned much by watching my dad. I'm very thankful to have such a great role model in my life. The best gifts in life are priceless!

Seek out the goodness in people, in situations, and in other opportunities. Take one day at a time. Take note of good things in a day and keep track of your accomplishments. All this balances out the stresses and negatives in daily life. Spend time with your beautiful family. Just be with them. Listen. Enjoy them. Good luck and take care! :)
