I'm back here after leaving, under a different username of course.
Huge major changes in my life.
First, I had to move away from my counselor. He diagnosed me with PTSD and helped a lot.
I am back living at my mom's home and away from my major support, no wonder I am having such a hard time.
I feel like nobody understands mental illness and thinks that I must be fine because I graduated college. But I don't feel fine. I feel sad, alone, and misunderstood. But it seems like the only two emotions here are happy or crabby. I am not happy, but I am not necessarily crabby either.
I am working on finding a counselor. But because I am no longer a student who can benefit from $5 campus counseling, I think I have to wait until I can get a decent job. Nobody here really understands why I need this, and idk if I am brave enough to tell them. I want to be able to use feeling words again.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Hang in there, we are here to help as much as possible.
I have no great advice, my meds have kicked in and all I feel is the cotton cloud inside my head.. hate that feeling.
hugs and love!!!

Still, hard as it is to build a new support network, I think having been forced to do so was ultimately a healing experience. Each rebuild showed me new progress and perspective.
So or no for you, hope you feel free to use your feeling words here until you build your new live support network. Welcome back.
