Have you ever done a journal of your pain levels? I discovered a few patterns in mine after doing a daily journal. (I woke up and rated my pain on a 1-10 scale, then wrote down a brief line or two on what I did all day and my pain level before bed. I used a calendar with big squares to write in. Best I've got is the usual you've heard over on Fibro board. Self-care, nutrition, hydration, heat, ice, liniments for physical stuff. For emotional? I paint, write, yell, beat up pillows, cry, whatever is needed. Took me a *long* time to get used to showing my pain, either kind, though, so I know that is a third of the battle.
Hang in there.
