This might be an unrelated subject to PTSD... but does anyone suffer with extreme feelings of jealousy? To the point where it makes you incredibly angry too?
I think it's probably all down to my lack of happiness in my own life to why I'm such a jealous person. Horrible feeling though.

Upon his departure, he remarked, "I am in many people’s pockets; no one will believe you." Have you ever grappled with the silence that follows sexual assault, where the perceived impossibility of being believed necessitates self-censorship?

I will say that if you're in a romantic relationship with someone who goes out of their way to provoke jealousy, move on.You deserve better! Your partner should be dedicated to making you feel secure, not the opposite.
I try very hard not to go down that road anymore. It does not help and therefore it is not worth me time. My life is what it is and wishing it was something else, or trying to answer impossible questions like why me, only make things worse. I need to focus on what benefits me, and makes me feel good, happy and content. I use a lot of gratitude, distraction, mindfulness, etc.
The journey is what we make it, we can choose to compare ourselves to others or we can find a new path. It really is up to us. Sorry if this sounds preachy, I am still struggling with this concept myself but I am learning.
If I do ever enter a romantic relationship he would for sure know how deeply and madly I love him and I would hope he did the same.
Acting angry and sad gets you ostracized. So you slap a smile on. I do it to keep a job, of course I do.
I envy many people their seeming lack of care and trauma. But I don't try to let it get me angry or sad too much---I mean, I've got the anger and sadness anyway. I'm already tired out emotionally....
Also, my sister's jealousy/envy of me was her stated reason for hurting me a lot of the time, so I tend to be hypervigilant about me feeling those things....
I guess fake it until you make it goes for jealousy/envy, too. I pretended not to be, so I wasn't. I also saw up close these people had no close family, just nannies and servants. They had no freedom, either, oddly, to choose their college major after high school. Every one of them had to go into the family business or else. One of my closest friends from that time got a PHD in Chemistry in the USA, but had to return to take over the family shipping buisness. Never got to use his degree, and he loved that field. Likewise with marriage. No way they could marry just anyone. Only someone in their class.
Surprisingly, I am poor by comparison, but I am free to do whatever. So the grass isn't just greener on the other side.
Your job is to build her up, to love her, to make her stronger with you than without you...
...but most relationships end. As much as we do not want them to. You should be constantly learning how to be a better partner. Good partners do not lock their significant others in cages.
That's abuse.
Not saying you do that, but I am pointing out that it's not ok to act on that jealous anger.
