Right now I am having some anxiety about last night. Does anyone have a hard time at nights? I hear about ptsd people losing it and doing things that they normally wouldnt do. I'm wondering if I was asleep all night, or I slept walk or did something bad. can anyone help me.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Sleepwalking has never been on my list of problems but I've helped others deal with it. muji's thread suggestion is a good one. Tape on the door jam or a piece of paper in between the door and the frame also work for establishing whether or not it is happening. Of course knowing you are doing it won't keep it from happening. One friend used to handcuff himself to the bed. Another tied a rope around her ankle. Another rigged a bucket of water over his door so it would spill on his head and wake him up if he opened the door.
Gentle support while you figure out what works for you, Happy.
I like the tape on the door jam thing. I think that would tell if you are sleep walking.
I've had dreams so vivid I have to check with Hubby to be sure I didn't really get up and that didn't really happen, so I know the brain can be very tricky.
Luck and blessing.
Kind of a high-tech "thread across the doorway" idea.
It might help you get some peace of mind about what is and is NOT happening while you sleep.
Just checking. I was given one, I think I got up, only vaguely remember eating 4 or 5 bananas.
What do you think might have happened?
