Hi, I'm new to this group but have been on DS for a couple of years.
I have Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety and PTSD. My PTSD comes
from my childhood and several adult relationships. I don't really
know how to handle it and have just been living with it for 52 years.
I find a lot of help and support here on DS and hope I can add
something of value to this group. So Hi Everybody

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

what ever my wishes are, reach out, talk, went or anything, ppl here really try their best to support anyone who is in need or with issues or any other problem
Welcome aboard.
I remember you from the bipolar board!
You will probably like this group too - people here are pretty chill.
I look forward to seeing you around the board!

My PTSD has been a butt kicker, but it has really taught me a lot about self-care and has given me the opportunity for a healthier life. The brain is a fantastic healer! All the good stuff I've learned from having OCD/chronic PTSD is now in my head MORE than the bad stuff. I'm 66, was diagnosed at 62, so old dogs CAN learn new tricks (along with meds, therapy, mindful meditation, "coming out" with my disorders, etc..)
