I'm also exercising each day, although yesterday I walked for about an hour and feel like I pulled my left thigh muscle. You really have to be careful when starting to exercise.

It's easy to pack on the pounds while on steroids and of course, it's much harder to take off the pounds later. Best bet is to stick to lots of veggies, fruits, high protien, and whole grains. I found that limiting carbs was helpful for me, but probably not for everyone. Also, you may need to cut calories to compensate for lack of mobility, if that's the case. Don't eat more than you burn off, but that's much easier said than done.

I think that I could live off meat and fish, especially if i could eat fruit, but then fruit has carbs. We can't win. I am going to figure this out.
