First, Drs dont know how we get it. I read somewhere if genetically inclined to diabetes you can get PCOS. Mostly they say if the mom has it, the daughter will inherit. Apparently they are still doing more research. We may not know now how we get it.
I had my first child at 41. I gave up long time ago with kids for all that you are going through. When I was younger PCOS was not a term and it was hormonal imbalance. I think because I wanted children for as long as I could remember, is how this miracle came.

I have known friends to have success with IVF. Do not stress of miscarriage or worry about it anymore. Stay positive:)
I also had friends successful with acupuncture! This is more natural route, but it does do wonders for alot. I looked into this to help manage the mood swings I get from PCOS. I may look into it again now that my little one is getting bigger.
I sympathise with your situation. I was stuck TTC for many years myself until I tried alternative remedies. I also have PCOS and unfortunately IVF didn’t work for me.
Then, one of my close friends suggested me to give Chinese medicine and acupuncture a try.
