Depending on how I'm doing emotionally or physically, my periods are either very heavy for a day or two of very light (I have anovulatory cycles as well). I noticed that on months where I believe ovulation did occurr, it's heavier. This past month I did not ovulate or at least I don't think so, and my period was very light and only lasted 2.5 days.
PCOS basically really screws with your cycle and stress and anxiety only exaserbates it more. This month I'm trying Clomid for the first time to see if it will actually help me ovulate and get a normal cycle period and/or get pregnant. Good luck!
