There are people I know that are young and great parents, they do tend to have more stress due to monetary situations and occasionally the relationship issue that come with a child. So as long as you are both committed to making the relationship work and you both want a child then I wish you the best of Luck.
To get started I would recommend finding a fertility specialist (do you research they should have an informative website and stats for IVF - there are many people who get stuck going to a dr that isn't helpful and wasting time on methods that may not be working)
The fertility specialist will likely want to confirm your PCOS and create a plan for you that will likely be clomid for 3-6 months and if that doesn't work then moving on to others like femara or injectibles.
The should have you come in for an initial appointment at the beginning of your cycle then day 12 and everyother day until you ovulate.
They will probably want to test your BF's count as well.
Lastly most specialists have the requirement that you have been trying on your own and off BC for at least a year before they assist you.
Good Luck!
